Buradaki pozisyonlar\u0131n SAP uyarlama yetkinli\u011fi gerektiren, Key User (Anahtar Kullan\u0131c\u0131) seviyesinin \u00fczerindeki Business Analyst (\u0130\u015f Analisti) profilleri oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemeliyim.<\/p>\n<p>SAP \u00fcr\u00fcnleri (ERP, BI, CRM,SRM, PLM etc.) d\u00fcnyada oldu\u011fu gibi \u00fclkemizde de b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sat\u0131\u015f ivmesi kazand\u0131, eski fail etmi\u015f proje oranlar\u0131 art\u0131k yok, farkl\u0131 end\u00fcstrilerde uzmanla\u015fm\u0131\u015f partnerler SAP kurmay\u0131, SAP kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 da beklenti-kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k y\u00fczdelerini artt\u0131rmay\u0131 bu d\u00f6nemde \u00f6\u011frendiler. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yakla\u015f\u0131k 2.000 civar\u0131nda yerli ve yabanc\u0131 firman\u0131n SAP kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tahmin ediyorum. Bunlar\u0131n belirli bir k\u0131sm\u0131 SAP T\u00fcrkiye taraf\u0131ndan lisanslan\u0131rken, bir \u00e7ok yabanc\u0131 firman\u0131n lisanslamas\u0131 da global olarak yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan y\u00f6netilmektedir. Bu firmalar\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde i\u015f tan\u0131m\u0131 sadece SAP deste\u011fi ve geli\u015ftirmesi olan (ekip y\u00f6netimine kar\u0131\u015fmayan) 2.000 -2.500 ki\u015finin oldu\u011funu biliyoruz. Peki bu ki\u015filer hangi kariyer \u00e7izgisiyle bu pozisyonlardalar, hepsi SAP dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 k\u00f6kenli mi, neden tercihlerini bu y\u00f6nde kullanm\u0131\u015flar, avantajlar\u0131 ve dezavantajlar\u0131 ne, m\u00fc\u015fteri taraf\u0131na ne zaman ge\u00e7meli gibi SAP Kullan\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 firmalardaki SAP pozisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirirken dikkate alman\u0131z gereken kriterleri a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki gibi listeledim;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SAP M\u00fc\u015fterilerindeki SAP Uzmanlar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu ayn\u0131 firman\u0131n SAP kurulum projelerinde Anahtar Kullan\u0131c\u0131 veya \u0130\u015f Analisti olarak g\u00f6rev yapm\u0131\u015f, dan\u0131\u015fman firmayla beraber SAP uyarlamas\u0131 g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f, sonras\u0131nda da Canl\u0131 Kullan\u0131m Deste\u011fi\u2019ne devam eden ki\u015filerdir. Bu yol, SAP\u2019yi \u00f6\u011frenebilmek i\u00e7in en kolay, en ucuz ve en az y\u0131pranmal\u0131 senaryosudur zaten. Dileyen bu a\u015famadan sonra SAP Dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapma yoluna daha rahat sapabilir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>SAP kullan\u0131c\u0131 bir firmada SAP Uzman\u0131 olmak deyince akl\u0131ma, sabit lokasyonda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, masas\u0131, dolab\u0131 belli olan, sabit telefon numaras\u0131 olan, sosyal medyay\u0131 telefonundan de\u011fil desktop\u2019undan kullanan, y\u00fcksek ihtimal servisli ve yemekhaneli bir \u015firkette \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, kariyer \u00e7izgisi hasbel kader belli olan, eviyle ofisi aras\u0131nda maksimum 30-45 dk mesafede bulunan, yorgun g\u00f6z\u00fckmeyen, g\u00fcndemi takip ede(bile)n, y\u0131l\u0131n 11 ay\u0131 mesai saatleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayan bir profil geliyor. Bunlar avantajl\u0131 noktalard\u0131.<\/li>\n<li>Daha az farkl\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7 g\u00f6rece\u011finiz i\u00e7in, sadece firman\u0131z\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 SAP \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini tan\u0131yabilece\u011finiz i\u00e7in, bir dan\u0131\u015fman firmadaki gibi saatiniz parayla \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlenmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in, y\u00f6netici pozisyonlara gelmedik\u00e7e daha az para kazanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z i\u00e7in, daha monoton bir hayat\u0131n\u0131z olaca\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in, SAP dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 firmadaki uzmanlara g\u00f6re dezavantajl\u0131 olursunuz.<\/li>\n<li>SAP M\u00fc\u015fterilerindeki SAP Uzmanlar\u0131n\u0131n CV\u2019leri de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde en \u00e7ok y\u00fckselen ele\u015ftiri konusu tek bir firma s\u00fcreci g\u00f6rmeleri ger\u00e7e\u011fidir. O y\u00fczden bir SAP kullan\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 firmada SAP uzman\u0131 iseniz, yine m\u00fc\u015fteri taraf\u0131nda devam etmek istiyorsan\u0131z bile, SAP Projeniz Canl\u0131 Kullan\u0131ma ge\u00e7tikten en fazla 2-3 sene i\u00e7erisinde, ayn\u0131 sekt\u00f6rde bile olsa ba\u015fka bir SAP M\u00fc\u015fterisine ge\u00e7in. B\u00f6ylelikle 3-4 sene kalm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funuz firman\u0131zdan hem transfer yoluyla ve uzman bir pozisyonla daha iyi \u015fartlarla ge\u00e7mi\u015f olacaks\u0131n\u0131z, hem de ayn\u0131 firmada kala kala olu\u015facak mecburi hantall\u0131ktan kurtulacaks\u0131n\u0131zd\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>E\u011fer s\u0131f\u0131rdan SAP \u00f6\u011frenmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z bu firmada proje yoksa, sadece destek veriyorsan\u0131z, muhakkak dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde en az 1-2 sene junior seviyeden bile ba\u015flasan\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131n. Bir \u015fekilde SAP bildi\u011finiz i\u00e7in adaptasyonunuz daha k\u0131sa s\u00fcre alacakt\u0131r. SAP dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k firmalar\u0131 az \u00e7ok uyarlama yapmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f SAP kullan\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 firma k\u00f6kenli SAP uzmanlar\u0131n\u0131 severler, kolayl\u0131kla i\u015f bulabilirsiniz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>SAP Kullan\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 yeni firmay\u0131 se\u00e7erken, m\u00fcmk\u00fcnse full cycle projesi yeni ba\u015flayan, e\u011fer canl\u0131 kullan\u0131mda olan bir firmaysa ise SAP\u2019nin yeni \u00fcr\u00fcnlerine yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmak \u00fczere olan, proje b\u00fct\u00e7esi problemi olmayan firmalar olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Kariyer \u00e7izginizi g\u00f6rebilece\u011finiz, m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca kurumsal, e\u011fer bir engeliniz yoksa az da olsa i\u015f seyahati yapabilece\u011finiz, kriz ya\u015fama riski en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olan sekt\u00f6rlerden birinde olmas\u0131na dikkat etmelisiniz.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7o\u011fu firma Birim Y\u00f6neticilerini kendi i\u00e7erisinden se\u00e7er, e\u011fer b\u00f6yle bir kariyer h\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z da varsa, kurumsal SAP Kullan\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 firmalar ideal yerlerdir, IT M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc de dahil ilerleyebilirsiniz. End\u00fcstrilerde art\u0131k ERP firmalar\u0131n can damarlar\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in IT\u2019nin ba\u015f\u0131na ERP k\u00f6kenli ki\u015filer eskisine nazarla daha s\u0131kl\u0131kla getirilmektedir. Eskiden daha altyap\u0131 ve network tecr\u00fcbeli ki\u015filer tercih edilirken, bu yetkinliklerin daha kolay \u00f6\u011frenilebilir hatta delege edilebilir oldu\u011fu fark edilince, firman\u0131n t\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine hakim ERP k\u00f6kenlilere y\u00f6nelim ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hatta son d\u00f6nemde firmalar\u0131n ERP Veri da\u011farc\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ok daha kritik ve stratejik \u00f6nem kazanm\u0131\u015f olup, bunun i\u00e7in C level bir pozisyon bile t\u00fcremi\u015f (CDO), bu pozisyon \u00f6zellikle yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131nda CIO\u2019lar\u0131n bile \u00fczerinde de\u011fer g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
